All services are strictly for those of 18 years and above. Any booking paid for by you automatically places the responsiblity on you that you comply with this age restriction.

Unfortunately I am unable to provide services to those considered vulnerable in society or those that have special needs due to ethical reasons and governmental regulations.

At the time of the booking your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a contact telephone number will be required to comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. This information i will be held securely by Gina & Sir and will never be shared with third parties outside the use of this website and its services offered.

Gina & Sir can not guarantee 100% accuracy of any information communicated during a Psychic reading or Mediumship connection. Legally all spiritual communications are guidance and speculative insights and not that of Gina & Sir. It is wholeheartedly your own personal responsibility to consider and interpretate any spiritual advice, as any spiritual communication is not a substitute for professional legal, financial or medical advice.
Legal Framework
Bookings / Rescheduling / Cancellation

Online, Remote or In Person bookings are required to be paid in full at the time of the reservation and are not refundable unless specific condition are met.

Should you need to reschedule a booking, please provide more than 48 hrs notice, and your payment will be applied to the new booking date.

If a reschedule request is less than 24 hrs notice, due to illness or an unforseen emergency, it will be at the discretion of Gina & Sir's to transfer that payment to an alternative booking.

In the event that Gina & Sir must cancel the appointment you will be promptly contacted with an alternative date/time or offered a full refund.

If you miss the appointment start time by more than 10 minutes, without prior notice, this will be classified as "non attendance" resulting in a non-refundable payment with no option for rescheduling.

In the rare instance that the spirit conection is unclear or cannot be established within the first 10 minutes of the reading, the appointment will be concluded. You will then have the option of a full refund, the option for a new appointment, or a referral to an alternative Psychic Medium.
Gina & Sir reserve the right to amend these booking terms and conditions should it be deemed necessary.
